On this lecture, we will welcome Øistein Jensen, CSO of Odfjell. A world leading checmical tankers company.

we will touch on the risk environment faced by shipowners.

For the second part, we will get into the EU and IMO mecanisms for establishing Market Based Measures. wE WILL touch on aspects of environmental policy, comparing the advances in policy at the EU and IMO level.
